Knead the flour, water, milk, sugar, yeast, olive oil and the salt in a large bowl for about 5 minutes. If the dough sticks too much, add a little more flour, then let it rest for 30 minutes in a warm place.
Roll out the dough as thinly as possible, bake for 5 - 10 minutes at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) until a slight browning is visible. In that time the cream can be whipped.
While the pizza base is still hot, carefully cut it open and coat the lower half with the nut nougat cream, the upper half with the whipped cream on the inside. Now put the two halves back on top of each other and sieve the powdered sugar on top.
