Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion. Cut the basil leaves into fine strips, except for a few.
  2. Knead the ground meat, onions, 2/3 of the balilikum strips and a little pepper.
  3. Cut a wedge lengthwise from the bread. Brush the incision with garlic butter. Pour in the ground meat, press down gently and bake the ciabatta on a baking sheet lined with baking paper at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  4. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices. Cover the ciabatta with it. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and the remaining basil strips and drizzle with olive oil. Bake at the same temperature in about 20 minutes.
  5. Cut into slices and garnish with the remaining basil.
