Slightly open the dates on the side where the kernels have already been removed, put in the goat gouda. Wrap with ham and prick with toothpicks.
Put about 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a small baking dish. Add a few rosemary needles and the peppercorns.
Then put the filled dates in the tin. Brush with a little olive oil.
In the oven - 10 minutes at the heat indicated above, then the bacon will also be crispy.
Be sure to try the peppercorns when eating. This combination of sweet, savory and light spiciness is really great.
Next time I`ll probably add 1-2 peppercorns to the dates
Be careful with the goat cheese! Tried two things at the cheese counter. The goat gouda is really mild and to be recommended, other varieties taste too much like goat.
Is also nice as a snack for cozy wine evenings with various types of cheese.
