Wash and cut or dice vegetables. Dice the feta cheese.
Mix the minced meat with the eggs, spices and breadcrumbs and fry until crumbly. Then add the diced onions and the pepper slices. Fry everything well or fry the vegetables until they are firm to the bite. Season if necessary.
Cut open the flatbread and brush the lower half with butter or margarine. Spread the minced meat mixture on top. Place the tomato slices on top, then spread the feta cheese and then the grated Gouda cheese over them. Place the top half of the flatbread on top and then place it on a tray in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
After baking, cut the flatbread into four parts and serve.
