Instructions

1. Make a smooth shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients (up to baking powder) and then chill for 1/2 hour.
2. Roll out the dough 3-5mm thick on a floured work surface. Cut out circles with a diameter of 5cm. Cut out a small circle in the middle.
3. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
4. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cook for 10-12 minutes. bake, remove and let cool.
5. Now stir in the Nutella, butter and orange sugar until you have a smooth mixture. Pour the mixture into a cake syringe, place a large spout on it and garnish the cookie circularly and then press it into the chopped almonds or nuts.
