Wash and clean the strawberries and divide into two portions.
For the sauce, roughly chop one half and puree it finely and add sugar to taste if necessary.
For the filling, cut the other half very small and also season with sugar if necessary.
Make a pancake batter from the other ingredients. Put some oil in the pan and bake four pancakes from the batter. Let the pancakes cool completely and fill with the chopped strawberries. Fold the pancakes together and serve with the strawberry sauce.
You can also serve the strawberry pancakes with vanilla sauce.
