Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, have a tray or baking dish ready.
Halve the papaya, scrape out the stones and some pulp. Cut the avocado into small cubes and mix with the cream cheese and all the spices, season to taste. Fill the papaya halves, sprinkle with parmesan and top with the walnut halves. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Very large papayas take a little longer in the oven. When they are not quite ripe; you can prick them with a toothpick a few times before filling.
Tip: Dry the kernels of the papaya and put them in a pepper mill.
