Briefly roast the walnuts in the pan, let them cool down.
Cut the prunes in half lengthways, fill each with a 1/2 walnut and place in serving bowls. Whip the cream with a little sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff, spread over the filled plums. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
Chill until ready to serve.
Filled prunes with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles is a very traditional winter dessert in Ukraine and is very often on the festive Ukrainian New Year`s or Christmas table.
