Instructions

  1. Briefly roast the walnuts in the pan, let them cool down.
  2. Cut the prunes in half lengthways, fill each with a 1/2 walnut and place in serving bowls. Whip the cream with a little sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff, spread over the filled plums. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
  3. Chill until ready to serve.
  4. Filled prunes with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles is a very traditional winter dessert in Ukraine and is very often on the festive Ukrainian New Year`s or Christmas table.
