Prepare all food for filo rolls with crab sticks and cheese. You can use ricotta instead of cream cheese.
Crab sticks need to be taken frozen and grate them directly in frozen form on a medium grater.
Put the crab sticks in a bowl, add cream cheese or ricotta to them.
Add Mayo.
Squeeze juice from half of the lemon, add it to the filling.
You can use parsley to decorate the rolls when serving, I added chopped parsley to the filling.
Pass the garlic through a press and add it to the filling.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix the filling well.
Put the filo dough sheet on a cutting board and brush with plenty of melted butter using a silicone brush. Fold the dough sheet in half and coat with oil again.
Place half of the filling on one side of the dough.
Roll the filled dough into a roll, bending the edges of the dough inward.
Put the finished crab rolls on a baking sheet.
Grease the crab rolls with the remaining butter on top. Send a baking sheet with rolls for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Remove the finished rolls with crab sticks and cheese from the oven, let them cool for a couple of minutes and then cut them in portions.
