Dissolve the yeast with lukewarm milk and sugar (only fresh yeast, dry yeast can be added directly to the flour). Put the flour in a bowl, add water, milk with yeast and salt. Knead until the dough is nice and elastic.
Let it rest for about an hour at room temperature (cover the bowl with a damp cloth). Knead again, roll out and pour into a tin spread with oil (I`ll use a cake tin). Brush the surface with oil.
Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for another 2 hours. Then bake at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes and enjoy.
