Instructions

  1. Cut the cleaned figs into small pieces, leave to steep for 1-2 hours with the preserving sugar and lemon juice.
  2. Bring to the boil as instructed on the preserving sugar packaging, add all the spices and pour into small twist-off glasses, allow to cool.
