Instructions

  1. Crumble the toast. Finely chop the onion. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper and paprika and mix well with the eggs, toast, onions and mustard in a bowl.
  2. Press the mince into flat roulade slices. Cover with a slice of ham and a cucumber half and roll up. Press the ends together so that the roulade does not rise when frying. Depending on how thin you roll out the mince, the amount given is enough for 6-8 roulades.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and slowly fry the roulades all around.
  4. Red cabbage and dumplings go well with it.
