Instructions

  1. Remove 100 ml from 1 liter of orange juice, boil 900 ml of juice with 150 g of sugar (possibly more or less, depending on your needs), mix 3 packets of vanilla pudding powder in 100 ml of orange juice, add to the boiling orange juice and add stir with the whisk, cook for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir again and again until cool.
  2. Beat 2 cups of cream with vanilla sugar until stiff, fold into the cold orange pudding, then fill into small glass bowls and decorate with orange mandarins and chocolate ornaments and let set in the refrigerator until serving.
  3. Tip: can be prepared the day before and can also be prepared with other types of juice.
