Cook the noodles al dente and rinse. Pour off the oil from the tuna and collect it. Peel the cucumber and cut into small pieces. Wash the peppers and cut into small cubes. Peel and dice the onion.
Mix the collected tuna oil with a little ketchup and Miracel Whip or mayonnaise in a bowl. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
Stir in the vegetables and the torn tuna and finally the noodles. Let everything go well. Season again to taste before serving.
The salad tastes wonderful, even if you only use small amounts of ketchup and mayonnaise.
