Drain the peaches and then puree half of them. Cut the other half into small pieces, except for 6 columns for decoration. Soak the gelatin. Whip the cream until stiff.
Mix the fruit buttermilk with the pureed peaches with a whisk. Fold in the chopped peaches and cream. Possibly sweeten.
Squeeze out the gelatine and cook in the microwave for about 10 seconds. dissolve at 600 watts. Stir some of the fruit mixture into the gelatin, then stir everything into the fruit mixture.
Fill into glasses and place in the refrigerator for about 4 hours. Garnish with the peach wedges and chocolate shavings before serving.
