Instructions

  1. Bring 300 ml milk to the boil. As soon as it starts to rise, add the semolina and turn off the stove. Now stir until the soup thickens. Now you add the sugar and then the butter. Pour the soup into 2 plates and rub some lemon zest over it. A slice of bread or a roll goes well with it!
  2. The low-fat version: you take low-fat milk and instead of sugar, a little honey to sweeten it. The butter is left out!
  3. I always add cinnamon to the soup instead of the lemon peel, it tastes very good!
