- Separate eggs, put egg whites in a cool place.
- Mix the egg yolks with the vanilla sugar, vanilla yoghurt, custard powder, oat flakes, flour, salt and milk well.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into small wedges in the dough. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in the egg whites.
- Grease the frying pan with oil or margarine and put four equal heaps of dough into the pan. Pancakes
- Bake medium heat on both sides until golden. They taste best right after baking.
- Makes about 14-16 pancakes. It also tastes good: vanilla sauce, vanilla ice cream, apple compote, cinnamon sugar.
- Tip:
- If you like the pancakes very sweet, you should add sugar to the dough. The pancakes are also very tasty with raisins.
