• 500 g quark
• 60 g suar, (also lavender or cinnamon suar)
• 2 packs vanilla sugar
• 150 ml milk
• 200 g cream
• Seasonal fruits

Instructions

1. Beat the cream with a packet of vanilla sugar until stiff.
2. Mix the quark with the rest of the ingredients, except for the fruit, and then fold in the cream.
3. Serve in bowls with the fruit.
