First mix the oil, paprika, garlic cloves, Tabasco and chilli flakes to a marinade.
Then turn the pork belly slices and 2 whole chillies in the marinade and then place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Now cook the pork belly slices and the chillies on the medium-hot grill for 6 - 7 minutes on each side, brushing with a little cold water while turning.
Comes really good - but is only for people who like to eat spicy!
