Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast, bell pepper and zucchini into bite-sized pieces. Set the vegetables aside for now.
  2. Put the meat in a small bowl, sprinkle with the flour and mix well. Heat the oil in a wok, you can also use a normal pan, add the meat and fry until crispy. Take the meat out of the pan and keep it warm.
  3. Heat a little more oil in the pan and fry the vegetables until they have the desired color. Now add the meat again. Everything with pepper, chilli powder, salt, here please season with caution, as the soy sauce is already very salty, season the basil and sugar and mix them thoroughly. Mix the water with the soy sauce and add to the pan. Let everything simmer on medium heat for about 3 minutes until it is nice and creamy.
  4. If you would like more sauce, simply double the amount of water and soy sauce. The only important thing is that it is an even number and that you always use half as much soy sauce as water. E.g. with 10 tablespoon water, 5 teaspoon soy sauce, with 12 tablespoon water, 6 teaspoon soy sauce etc.
  5. We prefer to eat rice or ribbon noodles with the fire pan. You can also serve french fries or mashed potatoes with it.
