Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Wash, dry and dice the bell peppers and hot peppers.
  2. Let the oil get hot in a pan. Let the onions become translucent in it. Add the minced meat and fry everything until crumbly. Then add the chopped paprika and the chili peppers and let everything simmer for another 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli powder. Then add the Texikana salsa sauce and simmer over medium heat for 3 - 5 minutes. Season to taste with the chilli sauce.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  4. Arrange the nachos on an ovenproof plate and spread the minced meat sauce over them. Then pour the grated cheese over it and bake everything in the oven for 5 minutes.
  5. Put the sour cream in dots on the baked nachos and it`s done.
