Instructions

  1. Cut the peppers into small cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat over medium heat while stirring. Then add the diced paprika and let it steam for a short time.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Add tomato ketchup and 3 tablespoons of fruit vinegar. Add the sugar to taste and allow to cool.
  4. Prepare the tortellinis according to the instructions on the packet. Then rinse with hot water and drain in a sieve.
  5. Wash the cucumber, dry it and cut it in half lengthways. Then cut the cucumber halves into thin slices. Chop the parsley into small pieces.
  6. Mix the vegetable stock with the remaining fruit vinegar, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add the tortellini, cucumber slices and the parsley and mix well. Spread the minced meat sauce on the salad and mix everything together well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
