- Peel and dice the carrots, potatoes and onions.
- Sweat the onion cubes in the oil on a hot plate
- and add the remaining diced vegetables and the peas.
- Roast everything a little, then dust with the flour. Pour in the stock and stir well.
- Add the tomato paste and simmer gently over a low heat for about 20 minutes.
- Then press in the garlic clove and add the baked beans.
- Cut the frankfurters into thin slices and add them to the stew.
- Briefly heat everything together.
- Season to taste with the spices and serve best with ciabatta bread or bread rolls!
