Instructions

  1. Make a dough out of flour, salt and butter.
  2. Finely chop the leek and onion. Cut the carrots into small cubes. Sauté the vegetables in the butter, deglaze with the vegetable stock, season with salt and pepper. Let the topping cool down.
  3. For the topping, mix the eggs with the white wine or cider and the cream, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll out the dough about ½ cm on a floured surface and place on a greased tray or in a round shape.
  5. Spread the trout fillets on the dough base. Now put the cooled vegetables on top and pour over them.
  6. The fish cake for about 30 minutes. Bake in the oven at 220 ° C.
  7. Tip: Smoked salmon can be used instead of trout fillets.
