My favorite fish cutlets are hearty, delicious, and inexpensive. Well, if you compare it with meat, of course. I make these fish cakes according to my mom’s recipe.
We clean the fish, wash, separate the fillet from the bones. Fry 4-5 onions. We roll the fish through a meat grinder, one raw onion, our fried onion with butter, a soaked and squeezed loaf.
Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and beat off to form a thick mince.
We form cutlets and fry them in vegetable oil so that a golden crust appears.
We put our fish cutlets in a saucepan. We crush with carrot and onion rings. Add the bay leaf.
Fill with fish broth, put fish cakes in the oven for 20 minutes. And now you have a dietary lean dish ready.
