Dab the fish fillet well and season with salt and pepper. Mix the pesto with the breadcrumbs and pour onto the fish. It should be applied about 1 cm thick. If you like, you can also add some grated cheese to the mixture.
Then place in a greased casserole dish and cook in a preheated oven at 150 ° C for approx. 15 - 25 minutes, depending on the size of the fish fillets.
Tip: The variant with pesto rosso is particularly tasty. Simply add a diced tomato and cheese (e.g. mozzarella) to the breadcrumbs and pesto mixture.
