Instructions

  1. The sweet potatoes are peeled and cut into small pieces. Then they are cooked with the broth and coconut milk. When they are soft - after about 20 minutes - they are mashed and seasoned with salt, pepper, sugar, nutmeg and the basil.
  2. While the potatoes are still cooking, the fish can be cooked. To do this, season it with a little salt and pepper and dust with flour. Then fry the fish in the pan until golden brown.
  3. Finally, the butter is heated in a saucepan until it browns slightly. Then rub in about half a lime and finally add the chopped parsley.
  4. Finally, the fish is served with the mashed potatoes and garnished with the sauce.
