While the potatoes are still cooking, the fish can be cooked. To do this, season it with a little salt and pepper and dust with flour. Then fry the fish in the pan until golden brown.
Finally, the butter is heated in a saucepan until it browns slightly. Then rub in about half a lime and finally add the chopped parsley.
Finally, the fish is served with the mashed potatoes and garnished with the sauce.
