Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into thin slices and sauté in oil. Scatter curry powder on top. Salt the fish fillet, drizzle with lemon juice and place on the onions. Mix the sour cream with a little cream until creamy, distribute on the fillet and also sprinkle with curry powder. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes over low heat.
  2. This goes well with rice and endive salad.
