Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into small pieces. Halve the leek and cut into thin strips.
  2. Meanwhile, fry the fish fingers in a pan with a little oil. Mix the vegetables with the tartar sauce in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the tortillas in the microwave for approx. 30 seconds - 1 minute. Now place 2 - 3 tablespoons of lettuce as strips in the middle of the tortilla. Leave about 5 cm of the tortilla free at the bottom.
  4. Place 2 1/2 fish fingers on the salad and then fold the lower free edge of the tortilla up over the salad and fish. Finally, roll up the tortilla to the side so that the wrap is closed at the bottom and open at the top.
  5. Fill and roll up all the remaining wraps, then serve.
