Pollock is a rather nutritious fish, it can be served even without a side dish. But with a side dish, it will be more satisfying. Cook pollock in bread crumbs using this recipe and serve with pasta for a delicious dinner guaranteed!
Heat oil over medium heat. Put the pieces of fish in the heated oil.
Fry the fish for 2-4 minutes on each side. Season with salt (3/4 teaspoon) and pepper.
Pour in 60 ml of water. Now simmer the fish over medium heat for 15 minutes.
While the fish is stewing, you can cook a side dish (I have pasta, but you can also boil any cereals or potatoes). Pour 1.5 liters of water into a saucepan, add 2 teaspoons of salt. Bring water to a boil.
Pour pasta into boiling salted water and cook over moderate heat for 5-7 minutes. Then drain the water. Rinse pasta under warm water, add butter, and stir.
