Instructions

  1. Put a larger part of the vegetables in a baking dish or assiette and spread half of the onions on top. Leave the bacon in a pan (crispy), pour away the fat, spread the bacon on the vegetables and pour a dash of white wine over it.
  2. Add the fish, salt (not too little), pepper and sprinkle with paprika. Brush with the ketchup, top with the other half of the onions and the rest of the vegetables. Sprinkle everything with white wine again and put a flake of butter in the middle.
