Instructions

  1. Place two thin slices of butter per serving on a large piece of aluminum foil. Season the fish fillet (150-200 g per person, variety as you like) with salt, pepper and lemon juice and place on the butter. Sprinkle with 1-2 teaspoons of basil and then top with thin carrot slices and a few rings of leek. Salt and pepper again. Fold the aluminum foil up in such a way that an airy package is created, but nothing can leak out. Cook at 200 degrees top and bottom heat in a preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes. The cooking time can vary a bit depending on the type of fish, so it is better to test again before serving.
  2. Jacket potatoes go wonderfully with it.
