Instructions

  1. Prepare 3 bowls. Put the eggs in the first and whisk. Flour is filled in the second bowl and a mixture of ground nuts and breadcrumbs in equal parts is placed in the third bowl.
  2. Now salt and pepper the fish on each side and drizzle some lemon juice on it. First pull the fish fillets one after the other through the egg mixture, then turn them in the flour and finally in the breadcrumbs / nuts mixture.
  3. Now fry the fish in a pan with a little hot olive oil on each side for a short 1-2 minutes. The fish is ready and can be served.
  4. Noodles or potatoes go very well with this.

  6. Tip: I usually still fry eggplants (long sliced) in the pan. Season these with salt and pepper, then place them on the plate and the fish on top. Then it`s just a nut-coated fish on a bed of aubergines.
