Sweat savoy cabbage in butter, deglaze with cream and cook for approx. 20 minutes until cooked.
In the meantime, peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Wash fish fillets, pat dry, season with salt and pepper. Fry in a pan with butter and oil on both sides over medium heat for 4 - 5 minutes until golden.
To serve, place the savoy cabbage in the middle of the plate and place the fish on top. Place the potatoes around them.
