Instructions

  1. Wash the fish and drizzle with lemon, pour into a small baking dish. Cut the boiled potatoes into slices and place over the fish, season with pepper, salt and nutmeg. Then spread the sliced tomato on top. Then pour the spinach over everything.
  2. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  3. Easy but tasty and quick to make.
