Melt the butter in a saucepan and then add all the other ingredients (parsley, dill, chilli pepper, lemon peel) and stir well. Remove from heat and season well with pepper and sea salt.

Spread the bread and herb mixture evenly over the fish fillets and place in the oven for approx. 13 minutes. If the desired browning of the bread and herb crust has not yet been achieved, switch the top grill to 250 ° C for 2-3 minutes and you`re done.
