Instructions

  1. The fisoles are cleaned and cut into pieces approx. 2 cm long.
  2. The potato is cut into cubes. The onion is finely chopped and roasted golden yellow in the margarine, sprinkled with paprika powder and deglazed with vinegar, then stir in the tomato paste.
  3. Add the green beans, potatoes and spices and roast briefly.
  4. Then add water or broth and cook for about 1/2 hour, well covered, over low heat.
  5. Now whisk the sour cream with the flour and add to the green beans.
  6. You can, if you want, cut a pair of Frankfurter or Knacker (meat sausage) into it.
  7. Goes well with: bread, pastries, potatoes of all kinds.
