Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Line a loaf pan with baking paper or grease it well.
  2. Peel the bananas and core the apple. Puree the fruit together with the eggs. Add the nuts and continue mixing until the nuts are roughly chopped. Mix the dry ingredients in a second bowl, then stir in the banana mash. Pour the batter into the mold and bake for 45 minutes.
  3. The bread tastes very good when cooled as a small snack or as a healthy breakfast before exercise, but also very good for children. It can be varied as desired with spices (e.g. cinnamon) or other nuts. Since no additional sugar is added, the bananas should be very ripe.
