Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and remove the pulp from the core (instead of a fresh mango, mango slices can also be taken from the tin). Then cut into pieces and mince in a food processor until the mango is almost pureed. Now add the plain yoghurt, buttermilk and orange juice along with the ginger powder. Mix everything well and serve in a glass.
