Instructions

  1. Remove the outer leaves from the romaine lettuce. Wash the other leaves and cut across into 3 cm wide strips. Wash the cucumber and cut into 5 cm long sticks. Quarter the radishes, halve the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Mix a vinaigrette from vinegar and oil with the spices, add chives and squeeze in the garlic clove.
  3. Mix with the other salad ingredients, distribute on plates. Serve sprinkled with the diced feta. Sprinkle with fresh herbs as desired.
