Boil the eggs hard, quench, peel and quarter them. Cut the mushrooms into slices, fry them in a little olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Cut the tomatoes, the boiled ham and the feta cheese into cubes. Cut the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Put everything together in a salad bowl.
Mix a marinade from the freshly squeezed juice of the orange and half a lemon as well as the honey. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the red onion into very small cubes and add to the marinade with the chives and parsley.
