Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs hard, quench, peel and quarter them. Cut the mushrooms into slices, fry them in a little olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Cut the tomatoes, the boiled ham and the feta cheese into cubes. Cut the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Put everything together in a salad bowl.
  3. Mix a marinade from the freshly squeezed juice of the orange and half a lemon as well as the honey. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the red onion into very small cubes and add to the marinade with the chives and parsley.
  4. Pour the marinade over the salad and mix gently.
