Wash salads and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Cut onions into rings, tomatoes into eighths and eggs into slices. Mix the lettuce, onions, tomatoes and corn well and place on a plate. Garnish nicely with the egg slices.
Mix together the yoghurt, sour cream and ketchup and season with salt, pepper and the sweetener. Pour the dressing over the salad, sprinkle with the chives rings and serve.
The salad is super delicious with the dressing and can also be served well as a single small meal in between.
