Instructions
Halve the camembert lengthways and place on an ovenproof plate in portions. Roast under the grill for about 3 minutes. Pour gin around, ignite and let burn down. Dust with cayenne pepper and top with 1 teaspoon of cranberries.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot with toast.
