Instructions

  1. Peel the pineapple, cut into 8 slices and cut out the inner woody core. Roast the hazelnuts in a dry pan.
  2. Melt the butter in an uncoated pan. Add the honey and fry the pineapple slices in it until golden brown. Deglaze with orange juice. Scatter the nuts and orange peel on top.
  3. Slightly heat the alcohol in a ladle, ignite and immediately pour it over the fruit while it is burning.
