Instructions
Prepare the coffee and add the vanilla sugar. Let cool down.
Divide the ice cream on 4 tall ice cream cups and fill up with the cold coffee. Heat the cognac or high-proof rum with the sugar cube, ignite and pour over the iced coffee while burning.
