Roll out the tarte flambée with the parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Spread the currywurst sauce evenly on the dough. Cut the curry sausages into not too thin slices and distribute them. Scatter the fried onions (amount to taste) over the sausages and pour some grated cheese on top. The sausage slices should still be clearly visible.
Bake in the oven for about 13-15 minutes. Sprinkle with a little curry after baking.
