Instructions

  1. Bake the flatbread and let it cool down.
  2. Cut open in the middle and brush both the upper and lower halves with tartar sauce. Cover the lower lid with iceberg lettuce leaves or coleslaw. Then the ham and cheese in slices, as well as the sliced tomatoes and cucumber. Place the top lid on top.
  3. Cut open just before serving as a cake. Cool and wrap in aluminum foil and let it steep for 4-5 hours.
