Instructions

  1. Halve the flatbread lengthways to create a top and a bottom. Spread a packet of cream cheese on each side and then season with salt (don`t skimp on it!) And pepper, possibly paprika powder or as you like. Dice the salami and ham and also distribute them on the flatbread halves. Drain the tomato peppers and spread over the two halves of the flatbread pizza. If you like, you can also add mushrooms, a glass should be enough. Then spread the grated cheese over it and bake at around 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes until the cheese has melted and everything is hot.
  2. Can be prepared very well, then simply cover the bread 2-3 hours in advance, put it in the oven and then turn on the oven in good time.
  3. The flatbread pizza tastes hot as well as cold, leftovers can still be eaten the next day.
