Instructions

  1. Mix 1 pressed garlic clove with 1 1/2 teaspoons of dried oregano and 5 tablespoons of olive oil. Remove the stem from 400 g tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Halve 1 ball of mozzarella and cut into thin slices.
  2. Halve 1 small round flatbread (approx. 20 cm Ø) horizontally. Place the halves with the cut surface facing up on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Drizzle the bread with half of the seasoning oil. Cover with tomato slices and mozzarella and drizzle with the remaining oil. Bake in the hot oven at 220 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 200 ° C) in the middle of the oven for 10 - 15 minutes.
