  1. Mix room temperature oil with chopped parsley and garlic (I used a blender). Add lemon juice, a little salt. Stir well.
  2. Make a “sausage”.
  3. Wrap the butter, garlic, and herbs in foil and refrigerate.
  4. Cut the butter with herbs and garlic into slices before serving.
